1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive print/copy service in colour and black-and-white, A4 and A3 format on 125 network MFDs. 2) The service includes the delivery of equipment by the Contractor, their service along with the replacement of consumables (not applicable to paper), including toners. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the ToR, 4) A list of places and the number of printouts can be found in Annex 2 to the ToR. 5) The forecasted quantities given in the table included in the offer are forecast values. These values are indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party and do not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party towards the Contractor.
