Description

This framework agreement concerns maintenance services for outdoor spaces open to the public in certain districts of the Trojan territory. This contract is reserved in accordance with Article L2113-13 for structures for integration through economic activity referred to in Article L5132-4 of the Labour Code and equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disadvantaged workers. To this end, the City of Troyes will entrust the holder with socially useful tasks relating to the maintenance of outdoor spaces open to the public in certain districts of the Trojan territory (Marots, Sénardes, Jules Guesde, Point du Jour, city centre, etc.) but also curative cleanliness interventions on other sites in the territory of the City. Also, there will be a process of permanent support for the insertion supplemented by a specific support system for each of the people recruited as specified in each CCTP. This consultation was conducted following an open tender procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2124-2 and R.2124-2.1° of the Public Procurement Code.
