Pirkimo objektas yra ypatingo statinio kategorijos negyvenamųjų pastatų grupės gydymo paskirties pastato (unikalus Nr.1099-7003-9133), esančio adresu Šiltnamių g. 29, Vilniuje, Reanimacijos ir intensyvios terapijos II skyriaus (B korpusas) patalpų paprastojo remonto darbai (Darbai – Techninėje užduotyje nurodyti darbai, kuriuos pagal Sutartį privalo atlikti Rangovas, įskaitant Įrangą, Medžiagas ir Paslaugas).
