Description

Der Markt Markt Indersdorf plant den Bau eines Hauses für Kinder in Markt Indersdorf. Das zu realisierende Gebäude soll sowohl ca. 100 Kindergartenplätze als auch 100 Hortplätze beherbergen. Auf Basis des Summen-Raumprogramms (ca. 1.100 m² Nutzfläche) wurde eine vorläufige Grobkostenschätzung erstellt. Es wird derzeit von Gesamtkosten in Höhe von ca. 7,5 Mio. EUR brutto (Kgr. 200-700, DIN 276) ausgegangen. Terminlich wird eine Fertigstellung der Maßnahme bis Mitte 2027 und eine Nutzungsaufnahme zum Schuljahresbeginn 2027/28 angestrebt. Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8, Leistungsphase 1 bis 9 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI.
