Etelä-Savo wellbeing services county Eloisa will make a direct procurement for the procurement of institutional child welfare services for one (1) child welfare client in open care for the period 1.2.-30.4.2025. The procurement has an option for the period 1.5.-30.6.2025. Child welfare institutional care refers to the 24-hour institutional care of children placed in care. The service is implemented in accordance with the child's client plan. When implementing the service, the child's wishes and opinions must also be examined and taken into account in accordance with the child's age and level of development.
