Description

Die Gottfried-Benn Bibliothek am Nentershäuser Platz 1 (ehemals Beuckestraße 1 - 3) in 14163 Berlin Zehlendorf stellt als „Stadtbücherei Zehlendorf Mitte“ den zeittypischen Vertreter der Ende der 1950er Jahre in West-Berlin errichteten Bibliotheks- Neubauten dar. Das Gebäude wird nun im zweiten Bauabschnitt saniert und ertüchtigt. Anlass der Umbaumaßnahmen am Gebäude sind die Verbesserung der barrierefreien Nutzung im Zusammenhang mit der Erneuerung der Sanitäranlagen, die Erweiterung des 2. Rettungsweges zum 2. Obergeschoss, die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung und die energetische Sanierung.
