Description

Zo kiest Poolstok voor duurzame oplossingen en niet voor de hype van het moment. We nemen onze maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid op en besteden overheidsmiddelen zorgvuldig en gericht, aan oplossingen die werken. Poolstok kiest voor oplossingen die doen wat ze beloven en streeft aldus naar een evidence-based practice binnen het domein van personeel en organisatie. Via deze opdracht wenst Poolstok een bijdrage te leveren aan het dichten van de kloof tussen wetenschap en praktijk, door een evidence-based HR-aanpak dichter bij haar vennoten te brengen.
