Description

As part of the renewal of the maintenance contract for inverters in the city of Versailles, you will find attached the parts of the contract. Thank you for checking and completing in the act of commitment, the parties IDENTIFICATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER and PAYMENT CONDITIONS in particular, signing it using an electronic certificate of electronic signature and returning it to us via the AWS platform as soon as possible. The contract must be accompanied by the following documents: - the DPGF by checking the prices and completed with the % discount on the rest of the catalog - the catalog with prices indicated - a tax certificate of less than six months - a social certificate of less than six months - a valid insurance certificate - the list of foreign employees employed or a certificate of non-employment - a possible Power - DC2 and last 3 CA - References, tech and human resources - send us a RIB (if change since the old contract) which must be identical to that indicated in the act of commitment. - The commitment will have to be signed electronically - signature in RGS format** (no signed pdf or scan of handwritten signature) The contract is to be returned to us via the AWS platform, as soon as possible (at the latest on 9/07/26, 12:00)
