Description

Im Rahmen der Vertragsabwicklung sind durch den Auftragnehmer Änderungsdokumente zu erstellen. Diese werden für die Rückverfolgung und Nachvollziehbarkeit von Änderungen erstellt, deren Notwendigkeit sich im Rahmen der Fertigung ergibt. Mit diesen Änderungsdokumenten werden Abweichungen gegenüber den zur Vorprüfung erstellten Unterlagen dokumentiert. Bei der Überarbeitung der Prüfanweisung handelt es sich ebenfalls um die Erstellung einer Änderungsmitteilung. Während der Vertragsabwicklung ergab sich die Notwendigkeit, die Änderungsdokumente umfangreicher als zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses auszuführen. Dies war zum Zeitpunkt der Auftragsvergabe nicht ersichtlich.
