Description

Business Finland Oy and the Innovation Funding Centre Business Finland (hereinafter Business Finland/contracting entity) request your tender for small-scale marketing and communications procurements in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The aim of the procurement is to find agile and cost-effective service providers by sub-area to plan and implement various small-scale marketing and communications purchases for Business Finland. The subject of the procurement is divided into five areas: * Sub-topic 1: Content Writing in Finnish * Sub-topic 2: Content Writing in English * Component 3: Content Writing in Chinese * Sub-topic 4: Graphic and visual design and implementation * Component 5: Lightweight Audiovisual Production The provider may offer either one or several sub-areas. A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1.0 of the invitation to tender. The procurement will take the form of a framework agreement with a duration of two (2 years). The contracting entity has the right to extend the contract for a maximum of two option periods of one year (1+1) under the terms of the contract. If necessary, the options will be redeemed during the contract period. In the procurement, it may also be that only some or none of the sub-areas take option periods into use. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately EUR 1,800,000 (VAT 0%), including any option periods and all sub-areas. The fact that the contracting entity does not have precise information on the dates and amounts of the assignments to be carried out during the contract period of the framework contract by sub-area or on the funds allocated to the procurements makes it difficult to determine the total estimated value of the procurement.
