Description

Die Stadt Sundern beabsichtigt am benachbarten Standort der jetzigen Realschule einen Neubau auf städtischen Grund zu errichten. Mit diesem Verfahren soll im Zuge eines zweistufigen Verfah-ren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb ein Generalplaner für die zu realisierende Hochbaumaßnahme und der Freianlagen gefunden werden. Wesentliche Zielsetzung ist ein in Planung, Bau und Betrieb wirtschaftlich optimiertes Gebäude, das in der architektonischen und funktionalen Umsetzung des Raumprogramms den Anforderungen moderner Schulkonzepte gerecht wird. Es erfolgt ein zweistufiges Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach VgV zu den in der Veröffentlichung und den Teilnahmeunterlagen genannten Bedingungen.
