Description

5.1. The subject of the contract are inspections of medical equipment. 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: 50400000-9: Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment. 5.3. The contractor is obliged to carry out technical inspections of the equipment in accordance with the frequency specified for individual equipment, before the expiry date specified by the service technician in the technical passport 5.4. Performing periodic inspections and maintenance must be documented by the Service Provider: 5.4.1. an appropriate entry in the technical passport of the device. The endorsement must include: the date of performance of the service, information on technical performance and release for further operation, the date of the next inspection. Alerts should bear the stamp and signature of the person performing the review. 5.4.2. a service report confirmed by the User of the equipment, as well as, if necessary, issuing a decision on the technical condition. The service report should contain data consistent with the entry in the passport, including identification data of the device (name, model, factory / serial number), information on technical efficiency and release for further operation, the date of the next inspection. If several devices are inspected at one time, a service report is required for each device separately. 5.5. The Contractor shall carry out periodic inspections and maintenance of the apparatus in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of the equipment concerned. 5.6. The cost of the interim review shall consist of: 5.6.1. the cost of labour as a flat-rate amount containing all components such as: costs of delegation, travel, transport, possibly the cost of shipping equipment and apparatus (when the subject of the service is taken away by the Contractor and then delivered in the same way after the inspection), the cost of maintenance and measurement activities, the issue of certificates, etc. 5.6.2. the cost of consumable parts replaced during the interim review.
