Order, the Würschnitz, at the waterlock in Klaffenbach, including sections of water 2. Order, the Tiergartenbach in conjunction with the mill trench. The flood protection systems are designed for a protection objective HQ100, with a BHQ = 75 m³/s. In order to achieve this objective, flood protection facilities are to be constructed as follows:
— New construction of flood protection dams;
— New construction of flood protection walls;

Overall measure M 5 at the Klaffenbach waterlock covers a total planning length of 847.68 m and is divided into zones 1 to 6. Area 1 extends along the track at a distance of approx. 8-9 m from the upper edge of the embankment of the right tip (river km 5+ 187,06 to river km 5+ 031). Zone 2 is located from river km 5+ 031 to 4+ 946,22 to connect to the existing bridge (BW 1), the access to the Klaffenbach waterlock. Zone 3 starts at river km 4+ 928,84 and extends to river km 4+ 773,27. Zone 4 connects at river km 4+ 773,27 to zone 3.
