Description

Die Transformatoren der ÖBB enthalten eine Ölmenge zwischen 10 und 32 Tonnen und die Löschspulen eine Ölmenge von ca. 6 Tonnen. Das eingesetzte Isolieröl ist unterschiedlichen Typs. In den KW und FU ist ein Drehstromanschluss mit mindestens 63A vorhanden. In den UW ist von max. 16A auszugehen (der tatsächlich im Werk vorhanden Stromanschluss wird im Zuge einer gemeinsamen Vor-Ort Besichtigung festgestellt). Im Vorfeld zu einem Abruf wird eine vorhandene Isolierölbefundung an den Auftragnehmer übermittelt. Aufgrund dieser Daten wird festgelegt, in welchem Ausmaß, das heißt wie viele Tagessätze (Pos. Regeneration Isolieröl) voraussichtlich erwartet werden. Es wird jede Anlage gemeinsam mit dem AN vor Leistungserbringung besichtigt. Die Bekanntmachung vergebener Aufträge dient ausschließlich der Einstellung des Prüfsystems "Mobile Isolierölregeneration von Leistungstransformatoren und Löschspulen" (ProVia ID-1062).
