Description

The contracting authority intends to rebuild a parking facility around the existing water tower in Beelitz, which will be available to users as leisure and sports facilities. In addition to a natural swimming pool, the area will provide visitors with an outdoor fitness area and a trend sports area.
The project is divided into four phases:
— BA 1: ‘Skatepark Water Tower Park’,
— BA 2: ‘Floating bath, kita connecting surfaces’,
— BA 3: “South Water Tower Park”,
— BA 4: “North Water Tower Park, City Forest”.
The design services for Phase 1 have already been provided; they are not the subject of this procurement procedure.
Service phases 1 and 2 have already been carried out for BA 2, 3 and 4. Service phases 3-9 have not yet been completed and are the subject of this procurement procedure. The assignment shall be carried out in stages; the contract will be awarded to the first stage (service phases 3 and 4). There is no legal right to request further steps.
