• The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of consumables for the high-volume mechanical extraction of venous thrombosis from the pulmonary artery with return of blood and for the extraction of thrombosis from the deep venous system to the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as ‘VFN’). • The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as ‘VZ’) is also defined by binding draft contracts, which are Annex 2 to the specifications (Annex 2a to Part 1 of the VZ and Annex 2b to Part 2 of the VZ), Annex 8 to the specifications – Item price list (Annex 8a to Part 1 of the VZ and Annex 8b to Part 2 of the VZ) and Annex 9 to the specifications – Technical parameters of the subject of performance (Annex 9a to Part 1 of the VZ and Annex 9b to Part 2 of the VZ). • The contract is divided into lots: Part 1 of the Public Procurement Act – Supplies of consumables for high-volume mechanical extraction of venous thrombosis from the pulmonary artery with blood return Part 2 of the Public Procurement Act – Supplies of consumables for extraction of thrombosis from the deep venous system The contractor is entitled to submit a tender in one lot, several lots or all lots. • Each lot will be assessed and evaluated separately. • Unless otherwise specified below, the terms of reference shall apply to all lots.
