The operation consists in restructuring the Folcheran plant with the aim of: - Renovate the 60 beds for SMR pulmonology and multipurpose patients (50 single rooms, 4 double rooms and the creation of 2 single rooms with bariatric beds); - Rehabilitate other areas, in particular those dedicated to reception and the day-care sector; - bring the various parts and services of the establishment up to standard and make them accessible; - Reorganize the service rooms associated with the accommodation units; - Reorganising care, administrative, staff and general service premises to meet the current needs of the establishment; - Carry out a thermal and energy renovation of the establishment while promoting renewable energies and local sectors.
