Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of works related to the summer and winter maintenance of roadways and sidewalks of municipal and district streets and communal areas entrusted to maintain the Municipal Property Board in the city of Brzeg, and in particular: 1) mechanical or manual cleaning of roadways and parking lots, 2) mechanical or manual cleaning of pavements along with communication connections to the road, 3) post-winter cleaning, 4) emptying and washing of street costs, 5) ongoing maintenance of order at public transport stops, 6) intervention works, 7) setting from 28 October 2026 to 3 November 2026 of the KP-7 container at the bus loop at ul. Starobrzeska Street and its emptying and additional cleaning on 02-03 November 2026 of the surface of Starobrzeska Street occupied for trade, 8) cleaning of the communal area indicated by the Brzeg Municipality after the end of trade in festive articles before Christmas, no later than by 3 p.m. 24:00 on 23 December 2026. Detailed rules and technologies for the summer and winter maintenance of roadways and pavements of municipal and district roads and communal areas entrusted for maintenance to the Municipal Property Board are set out in Annex 1 to this Agreement, which is an integral part of this Agreement, ‘Principles and technologies for the summer and winter maintenance of roadways and pavements of municipal and district roads and communal areas entrusted for maintenance to the Municipal Property Board in the City of Brzeg’.
