Description

The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 2 x64 platform servers with accessories and disk array. A more detailed specification of the subject-matter of the contract, including the technical specifications, is set out in the draft contract which forms Annex 1 to the tender specifications. In view of the analysis carried out by the contracting authority, it is not possible for the products listed in the NÚKIB Warning of 17 December 2018 (ref. 3012/2018-NÚKIB-E/110) to be supplied for information systems falling within the scope of the Cybersecurity Act (‘Warning’). The contracting authority plans to use the equipment both for critical information infrastructure (KII) and important information systems falling within the scope of the Cybersecurity Act and for information systems not subject to it (non-KII). In the event that the Supplier would like to offer the Client the means specified in the Warning, it is necessary to duplicate the supply, so that for CIIs and important information systems the means not specified in the Warning will be supplied and for non-CIIs the means of another manufacturer will be supplied. However, such a split will also entail the necessary infrastructure increase and these ancillary costs must be borne by the contractor (see draft contract).
