Description

Die Erschließung der Entwicklungsflächen nördlich der Bahnstrecke Aurich — Abelitz wird von der B 210 aus derzeit mit einem signalgeregelten Knoten mit der Kreisstraße K 115 (Uthwerdumer Straße) gesichert. Dieser Knotenpunkt soll hinsichtlich des Baus eines neuen Zentralklinikums Georgsheil (ZKG) und eines zentralen Omnisbusbahnhofs (ZOB) zur Sicherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit der B 210 und eines leistungsgerechten Anbindungspunktes an das geplante Klinikum umstrukturiert werden. Im Zuge dieser Umstrukturierung werden folgende Leistungen notwendig: Objektplanung VA, IB, TP mit BOL / BÜ für Neubau von Kreisstraße mit Brückenbauwerk, Grabendurchlass und Aufweitung Bundesstraße, Planung Neubau von Brückenbauwerk, Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung.
