Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na:
1) zestawieniu, uruchomieniu i oddaniu do eksploatacji łączy dostępowych we wskazanych przez Zamawiającego lokalizacjach;
2) świadczeniu usługi transmisji danych i centralnego dostępu do sieci Internet o zdefiniowanych parametrach SLA;
3) świadczeniu usług polegających na zmianie lokalizacji łącza dostępowego, tj. przeniesienia łącza do innej lokalizacji w tej samej miejscowości.
