Description

The procurement includes the construction and supervision tasks related to the infrastructure construction of the City of Kangasala. The tenderer must be able to provide persons for the following tasks from his/her own staff: - construction consultant - street and municipal supervisor 2 persons In addition, the tenderer may offer persons for the following tasks from its own personnel: - supervisor of skilled construction works - supervisor of green construction works The same person cannot be offered for two different tasks. The CUSTOMER shall use the FOLLOWING MODELS IN THE PROJECTS BASED ON THE FRAMEWORK SYSTEM 1. The order of precedence shall be followed in procurements, unless otherwise required by the client's need. The client has the right to take into account the assignment-specific need based on, for example, the special expertise required by the nature of the assignment, the necessary resources and the schedule. In accordance with the assignment-specific need, the client places an assignment-specific order from the service provider with special expertise or available and/or necessary resources. 2. By tendering among the participating suppliers (so-called mini-tendering) - total price per project - The client can also use qualitative requirements scoring in the comparison as a selection and comparison criterion The personnel and tasks of the service provider participating in individual projects are defined on a site-by-site basis. The projects are of different types in terms of content, size and costs. The assignment may include both construction and supervision tasks or, for example, supervision of only one specific area. When making the offer, it must be taken into account that the projects will be carried out according to the schedule decided by the client, in which case the projects will not be evenly distributed over the contract period. The client orders the work only when necessary. If an individual project has to be discontinued, the client will only pay the service provider compensation in accordance with the work performed.
