Description

The following services are the subject of this contract: a) The provision of a publicly available electronic communications service, namely the service of bulk SMS sending through the connection of the communication equipment of the VZP CR to the supplier's network and the service of bulk SMS sending through the construction of an access point directly to the supplier's SMS centre (i.e. the provision of the telecommunication service of the SMS gateway) according to the current needs of the VZP CR, including the implementation of necessary preparatory activities. These are the following services: i. SMS bulk sending service: via the connection of the VZP CR communication equipment to the supplier's network and through the construction of an access point directly to the supplier's SMS centre (i.e. the provision of the SMS gateway service) the mass sending of SMS for the following activities of the VZP CR will be ensured to the extent necessary (according to the needs of the VZP CR): ▪ sending emergency SMS messages, ▪ sending SMS information messages, ▪ soft recovery of claims against the payers of insurance premiums (hereinafter referred to as ‘Service A’), (ii) mass SMS sending service for the needs of e-VZP: by building an access point directly to the supplier’s SMS centre, the telecommunication service SMS gateway will be provided in the form of an application interface (API) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Service B’).
