1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of beds for wards, including intensive care and intensive care beds for the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 4 in Bytom as part of a special-purpose grant for an investment task co-financed from the budget of the Silesian Voivodeship. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No 1A (Assortment and price form) and Annex No 1B (Summary of parameters and conditions required) to the FTZ.
