Description

The total service to be awarded consists of the delivery of a brand-new, complete three-axle chassis (lot 1) and the delivery/assembly of a brand-new, complete press body (21 to 24 m ³ volume, lot 2). The above-mentioned vehicle components will be assembled by the contractor of Lot 2 into a complete bulky goods press vehicle. The compatibility of the three-axle chassis and press body is absolutely indispensable due to a DIN-compliant design. It is a three-axle chassis with a permissible total weight of 26,000 kg automated manual transmission. The vehicle should be equipped with a press body. The vehicle must comply with the regulations of the StVZO, the regulations of the UVV and the relevant DIN/EN standards as well as the EC directives and the generally accepted, valid, safety-related and occupational medical regulations. The service shall be provided as follows: • Supply of a three-axle chassis by the contractor from lot 1 to the site of the contractor from lot 2 • Acceptance (representing the contracting authority) and interim storage of the supplied three-axle chassis (lot 2) • Delivery/assembly of the press body (lot 2) • Complete assembly, approval (StVZO and tachograph), delivery/handover/acceptance of the complete vehicle at the TBR (lot 2) • Delivery/assembly OBU - Toll system (lot 1) • Provision of the lot-specific technical documents (all lots) • Training of the workshop staff and instruction of the operating staff (all lots) • Ensuring spare parts deliveries of the most common spare parts (all lots)
