Enable STIB to classify suppliers of IT equipment required to submit tenders after verification of their legal, financial, technical and organisational capacity.
This notice serves to inform the various suppliers of the existence and use of the STIB qualification system.
Qualified builders will, at a later stage, be put into competition and will be called upon to submit their tenders by negotiated procedure.
This with a view to concluding non-exclusive framework agreements with one or more suppliers.
