Description

The mission includes: • Mechanical filtering flue gas cleaning equipment including installation, connection, commissioning and testing to five biopellet-fired combustion plants (Burträsk BT5, Boliden BO1, Bureå BT1, and Byske BY1/BY2 in Skellefteå municipality and Robertsfors RS1 in Robertsfors municipality) • Possibility to call off 13 plants as options. The scope in detail will be shown in the tender specifications as a whole. The procurement is carried out as a negotiated procedure - with prior announcement in accordance with the provisions of the Act (SFS 2016:1146) on procurement in the utilities sectors and is carried out in two stages; 1. Request to participate – in this step candidates are checked in accordance with the set Skarekrav in E-avrop. 2. Invitation to tender – at this stage, qualified candidates will receive the complete tender specifications and be given the opportunity to submit a tender. Tenders are awarded on the basis of the principle that they are most economically advantageous in terms of price and quality. Tenders must be submitted to the full extent.
