Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind die Zimmerer- und Rückbauarbeiten für den Umbau und Sanierung der ehemaligen Kirschbaummühle in LichtenfelsNeben kleineren Eingriffen wie Rückbau sämtlicher Beläge, Fenster und Türen sind die folgenden umfangreicheren Rück-, Sicherungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen vorgesehen:Teilgebäude Silo:· Rückbau des Getreidereinigungsturmes · Rückbau der kompletten Dach- und Tragkonstruktion inkl. Dachbelag (teilweise schadstoffbelastet!), Decken, Unterzüge und Stützen bis in das Erdgeschoss. und Teilbereiche der Außenwände bis OK Decke 2. OG Lediglich die Außenfassade und einige Innenwände bleiben erhalten· Errichtung einer temporären, abnehmaren Schutzdachkonstruktion· Statische Sicherung AußenwändeTeilgebäude SÜC:· Statische Sicherung Dachkonstruktion· Komplettrückbau Zwischengebäude SÜC/SiloTeilgebäude Mühle:· Herstellung Einbringöffnungen und einer temporären Schutzdachkonstruktion· Statische Sicherung Dachkonstruktion und der konstruktiven Holzbauteile in den Geschossen· Rückbau der Dach- und Tragkonstruktion inkl.
