Description

The MPG has a need for cleaning services for its properties. This includes, among other things, the regular cleaning of event rooms, public areas, offices and guest rooms as well as the semi-annual cleaning of the window areas of the conference venue. Against this background, this procurement procedure is carried out with the aim of finding a contractor ("AN") to assist the contracting authority with these services. The contracts form part of this procurement document as Annex 1.1 for Lot 1 (maintenance and guest room cleaning) and Annex 1.2 for Lot 2 (glass cleaning). For a detailed description of the subject of the contract, see the terms of reference in Annex 9.1 for Lot 1 Maintenance cleaning and Guest room cleaning and Annex 9.2 for Lot 2 Glass cleaning. Further terms and conditions of the contractor are excluded and are not effective or observed in offers.
