Description

Notice of call for applications for the restricted competition for project management (diagnosis, Esquisse, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR) relating to the demolition of existing buildings and the new construction of a building complex of around ten dwellings and an activity room located at 52 rue des Cévennes 75015 Paris. The operation will be subject to a ‘Habitat and Environment’ certification issued by Cerqual and will have to achieve the level of energy performance required by the Paris City Climate Plan. The operation therefore includes the demolition of 2 existing buildings which are in ‘use’ condition, one at R + 1 on the ground, the second being a workshop with an adapted slope. The parcel thus released amounts to 178 m². It also includes the construction of a new building of around ten dwellings with a living area of approximately 500 m² and a usable area for activities in the ground floor area of 50 m².
