The public procurement procedure will be completed by the conclusion of a service contract, with the following estimated characteristics: The estimated value of the contract for services relating to the implementation of an Integrated Information System for the digitalisation of the Ministry of Health’s activity, the simplification of administrative procedures and work processes, within the project ‘Digital transformation of the Ministry of Health’, is RON 66 000 000,00 excluding VAT – The duration of the contract is 6 months from its signature by both parties. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 18 days (before the deadline for submission of tenders) The contracting authority will reply once to all requests for clarifications 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
