Description

Two pilot transfer vessels in SWATH design for the Lotsbetriebsverein e.V. are to be procured. As part of the existing pilot transfer logistics, the pilot transfer vessels are to be set up in the German Bight all year round in 24/07 operation. The decisive factors are the best seagoing behaviour with low ram and roll movements, maximum manoeuvrability and combinability with the current fleet, in particular with the pilot station ships. In addition to the regular crew of 3 people, the ships must be able to transport up to 12 other people. Rest areas for several people should be provided. The vessels shall be designed as double hull vessels with a minimised waterline area ‘SWATH’ in order to handle the harshest conditions.
