Description

This contract should lead to a non-exclusive framework agreement and central purchasing body with one supplier for the provision and installation of a (ANPR) camera infrastructure and the associated cloud-based software solution for the detection of infringements and the correct follow-up and treatment of resulting (GAS) fines, including recovery. The contractor provides a complete package of services around the enforcement solutions. This includes, in addition to installation and configuration, the integration of the solutions with existing systems and the necessary services to ensure the proper functioning of the solution such as training, monitoring of the infrastructure and solution, hosting of the solution(s), maintenance and support services, as well as, where necessary, advice on the deployment of the selected solution. This assignment is a mixed assignment. The delivery of the specific hardware and software components of the various enforcement applications constitutes the delivery component of the contract. The management and hosting, including the monitoring of the infrastructure and solutions and the associated maintenance and support services, as well as the integration of the solutions into larger wholes and the associated customization and advisory services, are to a large extent the service component.
