CONSUMABLE MATERIALS FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT - IN ACCORDANCE WITH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LOADED IN SICAP VALID FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATION 1. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/candidates is 18 days. 2. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information, which were addressed within the deadline stipulated in the contract notice, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates. Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications / additional information that have not been addressed within the deadline set out in point 1 above.
