The contract covers the construction and requalification of buildings and exterior fittings. Building 1 was demolished and replaced by two new buildings: one (Bat. 1 NEW) for DGMR and OFROU; the other (Bat. 5) for the "Polcant", Building 2 is preserved and transformed. Building 3 is demolished and 2 new buildings "3 NEW" and "5" are built against Building 2, creating a unique volume.
