Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet die Fliesen- und Plattenarbeiten für den Neubau Campus Waldau (KCW), einer Kindertagesstätte und Familienzentrum mit Unterrichtsräumen, in 34123 Kassel, Görlitzer Str.26. Gebäudebeschreibung: Das Gebäude wird als nicht unterkellerter zweigeschossiger Baukörper in Holzbauweise auf einer Betonbodenplatte errichtet. Das L-förmige Gebäude hat die max. Abmessungen von ca. 52 m x 24 m bei einer Grundfläche von ca. 950 qm sowie einer Höhe bis ca. 7,50 m über Gelände. Art und Umfang der Leistung: Fliesen in Sanitärräumen, Küche und Nebenräumen. - ca. 380 qm Wandfliesen, tlw. mit Verbundabdichtung - ca. 255 qm Bodenfliesen, tlw. mit Verbundabdichtung - ca. 18 qm Sauberlaufmatten
