Description

Das zu sanierende Gebäude KWM 6-14 befindet sich auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Kraftwerk Mitte, in 01067 Dresden. Das Gebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1895 und wurde für den Betrieb von elektrischen Schaltanlagen errichtet. Seit 1996 ist das Gebäude ungenutzt.
Das Gebäude besitzt ein Kellergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und 6 Obergeschosse (3.-6. OG im Abspannturm). Das oberste Geschoss befindet sich ca. 23 m über Gelände. Das Gebäude ist überwiegend aus massivem Vollziegelmauerwerk hergestellt, die Decken wurden aus Stahlbeton gefertigt.
Das Gelände liegt zwischen der Könneritzstraße, der Schweriner Straße, dem Wettiner Platz, der Alfred-Althus Straße und der Ehrlichstraße.
Die Arbeiten erfolgen parallel zu Leistungen anderer Baugewerke auf dem Gelände.
