Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. La présente consultation concerne l'approvisionnement en produits alimentaires d'un groupement d'achats composés de 24 établissements, dont 22 Collèges du département du Cher (collège LITTRE, collègeVICTOR HUGO, collège JULES VERNE, collège AXEL KAHN site du Chateaumeillant, collègeAXEL KAHN site du Chatelet, collège LE COLOMBIER, collège BETHUNE SULLY, collège CLAUDE DEBUSSY, collège PHILIBERT LAUTISSIER, collège IRENE JOLIOT CURIE, collège JULIEN DUMAS, collège JEAN MOULIN, collège JEAN VALETTE, collège ROGER MARTIN DU GARD, collège FRANCINE LECA, collège MARGUERITE AUDOUX, collège LOUIS ARMAND, collège VOLTAIRE, collège ALBERT CAMUS, collège FERNAND LEGER, collège GERARD PHILIPPE, collège GEORGE SAND), la commune de SAINT-GERMAIN-DU-PUY et le Département du Cher. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est le Département du Cher. Il aura en charge de signer et notifier l'accord-cadre au nom de l'ensemble des membres du groupement. Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
