The subject-matter of the contract shall include the performance of the following activities: - Activity I. Development of an investment project in the ‘Working project’ phase on the following parts of the investment project: ‘Architecture’, ‘Construction’, ‘Electric’, ‘Water supply and sewerage’, ‘Energy efficiency’, ‘Fire safety’, ‘Safety and health plan’, ‘Construction waste management plan’, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and the sub-regulations in force, as set out in the ‘Technical specification’ to this Documentation. - Activity II. Implementation of construction and assembly works on the basis of the developed and approved working investment project, in compliance with the requirements of all current laws, regulations, regulations concerning the implementation of sites and works of this nature, in accordance with the technical specifications of the public procurement. - Activity III. Exercising author's supervision during construction in scope according to Art. 162 of the Spatial Development Act. The indicative volume on which construction and installation works are to be carried out is as follows: For Lot 1 – total area of 2195.60 m2 under the SDA, total area of 2581.20 m2 with basement For Lot 2 – total area of 1296.90 m2 under the SDA, total area of 1614.80 m2 with basement The detailed description of the requirements for the participants is set out in the Technical Specifications.
