The contract covers technical inspection (TC) and health safety and protection (HSPC) coordination missions in the context of two operations carried out by ADEF Habitat. - Demolition-reconstruction of a migrant worker's home (FTM A AUBERVILLIERS (93300) with a view to its conversion into two social residences and restructuring of the underground car park; - Demolition of the existing building and construction of a young active social residence and a family pension in GAGNY; This consultation is divided into two (02) lots: - Lot 1: Technical inspection mission (TC); - Lot 2: Mission of the Safety and Health Protection Coordinator (CSPS); The details of the expected services are described in the CCATP.
