Description

Le CEA souhaite confier à un titulaire la fourniture d'un débit moyen de di-hydrogène gazeux de pureté 99,995 %, à partir d'une installation autonome et modulaire d'électrolyse de l'eau présente sur le site du CEA Grenoble et dont le titulaire assure la fourniture, l'entretien, l'exploitation, la maintenance et les contrôles. Cette installation autonome doit permettre, dès son démarrage, la distribution de di-hydrogène gazeux adaptée aux besoins des laboratoires, soit une consommation moyenne annuelle de 200 Nm3.h-1 (~ 17 kg.h-1) d'H2 avec des profils de consommation décrits dans le dossier de consultation, correspondant à une tranche ferme. La fourniture comprend une tranche optionnelle n°1 ayant pour objet la fourniture de di-hydrogène gazeux répondant à une consommation moyenne annuelle de 150 Nm3.h-1, venant s’ajouter à la consommation de la tranche ferme. La fourniture comprend également une option n°1 ayant pour objet l'exploitation de la plateforme Cèdre.
