SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school concerns, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). ---------------- SBH |Schulbau Hamburg is implementing a sustainably innovative timber construction with open learning areas, common areas and a one-field sports hall on the Eibenkamp 1, 22559 Hamburg site for the district school and the Rissen Gymnasium. The project is a BIM project and communication takes place with the dalux field project platform. On-boarding events in the program are offered at the beginning.
