Description

This task of assisting technical project management will be broken down into 2 units defined as follows:
— the fixed part consisting of phases 0 to 4,
— optional tranche 1 for phase 5.
For each tranche, the missions will be as follows:
— fixed part:
phase 0: getting acquainted with operations files,
phase 1: assistance to project management in the selection of the winning consortium,
phase 2: project management assistance during the design and construction phases,
phase 3: project management assistance for the acceptance and commissioning of buildings,
phase 4: assistance to project management during the guarantee (GPA) and operational monitoring phases (3 years),
— optional tranche 1:
phase 5: monitoring in the operational phase during the 4th and 5th year of operation.
