The subject of this contract is the manufacture and supply of 35 mm microfilms based on copies of each of the titles of the regional multi-editing daily press received by the French National Library as legal deposit (indicative list of titles attached to the file).
The service is broken down as follows:
Production of ‘pilots’ (dummy specification reconstructed from the main edition and local editions of a title of a regional daily periodical after elimination of redundant pages).
Microfilming of “pilots” to obtain first generation black and white 35 mm non-perforated microfilms of negative polarity, intended for long-term preservation;
Duplication of contact of these microfilms to obtain:
Second-generation black and white microfilms with negative polarity, intended for exploitation;
Second or third generation microfilms, black and white, with negative or positive polarity, intended for consultation.
The contract is awarded on order forms in accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code:
