The subject of this contract is ‘Preparation of a technical work project for the suspended metal footbridge over the Kražantė river at the Burbaičiai vs. Burbaičiai mound with supervision of the implementation of the construction project and preparation of a description of the simple repair of the bridge over the Jinziukas stream with stairs and paths’. The task of designing a construction works (Annex 2) specifies the quantities of services, characteristics of services and technical requirements, terms of provision of services and other requirements. Validity of the contract: The Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties. The contract shall remain in force until full performance of the obligations. Design proposals must be prepared, procedures for informing the public about them must be carried out and a document permitting the construction must be received within 4 months from the date of entry into force of the contract. The technical work project must be prepared within 3 months from the date of receipt of the document permitting the construction. Ordinary repair inventory must be prepared within 3 months from the date of entry into force of the contract (total contract term is 7 months).
