Description

The Jobcenter Landkreis München intends to award a labour market service with the freely changeable working title ‘Office for Work and Counselling’ (BAuB) in accordance with Paragraph 16(1) of the SGB II in conjunction with Paragraph 45(1), first sentence, Nos 1, 3 and 5 of the SGB III , which is intended to activate and place persons entitled to benefits without sufficient earning income (including participants with a mini-job, midi-job or part-time employment). The aim of the combination of measures BAuB is the permanent occupational integration of the assigned persons in order to end and/or reduce the need for assistance by intensive activation and placement in an employment subject to compulsory insurance within the meaning of Section 25(1), first sentence, SGB III. In the case of placement, the stabilisation of the employment relationship by the contractor shall be sought. The BAuB should include the following building blocks: • activation of participants through individual coaching and workshops, including outreach/social work, health coaching and networking • placement of eligible beneficiaries in work or training; also for participants with mini-job, midi-job and part-time employment to increase income • follow-up support to stabilise the employment relationship • Active cooperation with the client's case management and integration services team The aforementioned building blocks may include all activities to activate and support participants in the context of individual coachings and workshops aimed at permanent professional integration into employment subject to social security contributions.
