Description

The subject of the contract is to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment and to draw up a draft plan for improving the state of the environment in the large-scale degraded area of the Tarnowskie Góry Chemical Works Area in Tarnowskie Góry for the part of the area constituting the closed area. The above activities should be carried out in accordance with the Act of 16 June 2023 on large-area brownfield sites (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1719). The detailed scope of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ). The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the ‘Draft provisions of the contract’ (PPU), which are attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ.
