Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A to the Ordering Party, consisting in the transport of postal consignments. The Contractor shall be obliged to accept Postal Shipments for carriage at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the provision of Service A, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contract, and to issue them at the places and dates specified in this Annex. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with Service A consisting in the carriage of Freight Shipments, the content of which may constitute SENT Shipments or dangerous goods within the meaning of Article 2(4) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on the carriage of dangerous goods. The Contractor shall be obliged to accept Goods Shipments for carriage at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the provision of Service A, and to issue them at the places and dates specified in this Annex. As part of the provision of Service A, if the Place of Substitution is not an organizational unit of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to load / unload Freight Shipments by checking the compliance of the number of loaded items with the consignment note or other handover document.
