Description

The subject of the contract is: provision of a 3-year service of 4,831 printing devices in ZUS Branches and Headquarters in the scope of implementation of: Lot 1 – 1424 Kyocera M2040dn, Lot 2 – 1200 Brother HL – L6450DW, Lot 3 – 1182 Kyocera Ecosys PA4500x, Lot 4 – 1025 Kyocera Ecosys MA5500ifx. The purpose of providing the service of the devices covered by the contract is to ensure their most effective, efficient and correct operation. The Contractor is obliged to provide the service in the scope of: a) restoring the full functionality of devices, the lack of which was caused by a failure, malfunction or lack of Consumables, within the time limit set for the provision of service, b) disassembly of damaged or malfunctioning and delivery and assembly of efficient parts and subassemblies, including Spare Parts and Consumables, c) delivery and replacement of Consumables, including brand new monochrome toners, equipped with , chips, etc. (except for paper that will provide the TJO on its own), (d) if it is not possible to restore the full functionality of the device repaired within 2 Working Days, it is permissible to provide a replacement device. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 10 to the FTZ, and the terms of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the FTZ.
