Description

Im Zuge des Planfeststellungsverfahrens Donauausbau Straubing – Vilshofen, Teilabschnitt 1: Straubing – Deggendorf wurden im Landschaftspflegerischen Begleitplan dauerhafte und temporäre produktionsintegrierte Kompensationsmaßnahmen (PIK) auf wechselnden Flächen zur Kompensation der Beeinträchtigungen der Offenlandvogelarten Kiebitz, Feldlerche und Rebhuhn festgesetzt. Die Umsetzungder erforderlichen PIK­Maßnahmen wird durch eine geeignete Institution im Sinne der Bayerischen Kompensationsverordnung § 9 Abs. 5 Satz 1 in den Bewirtschaftungsjahren 2025/26 und 2026/27 sichergestellt. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeiten sind Öffentlichkeits­/Infoveranstaltungen, Akquise von Vertragslandwirt*innen, Vertragsabschlüsse, Durchführungskontrollen, Dokumentation der Durchführungskontrollen, Meldung an das Ökoflächenkataster sowie die Dokumentation der Gesamtleistung durchzuführen.
